PRACTICAL MAGIC At The Mercantile 2025 | October 24th

October 24th, Join us for a perfectly witchy movie night at Salt Creek Mercantile! If you've joined us in the past, you know this is such a festive and fun evening featuring in-store specials and an outdoor movie projection. We're doing things a little differently this year and including some extra goodies so reservations are required. Details below!

Reservations! We two styles, but four overall options:

PICNIC STYLE! It’s simple! Bring a blanket from home and find your spot on the ground. Picnic spots are closer to the screen, so please no chairs. Pillows or foldable stadium seats that can sit on the ground are fine. Picnic spots are first come first serve and we ask that blankets be no larger than 8x8’. You may have up to two people on one blanket for the cost of one ticket.

Option 1: PICNIC STYLE - 1 CUSTOM TOTE- $75: Your spot plus one custom event canvas tote, including a lightweight black cotton & bamboo blend shawl, a cute black witch hat, dinner in the form of a gourmet charcuterie box with a bottle of sparkling water, one glass and two drink tickets, and a little gift from Salt Creek Mercantile! Tables are first come first serve, but please notate your names on the reservation and any food allergies, as totes are customized! Also, we kindly ask that guests do not share drink tickets. Up to two people allowed per space. Need a second tote? Check out Option 2!

Option 2: PICNIC STYLE- 2 CUSTOM TOTES- $125: Same as the first option, except with an additional tote for your guest. Up to two people allowed per space. 

Option 3: PICNIC STYLE (no tote) -$25: This option if for one reserved space to lay your blanket and enjoy the movie! No tote or food/drinks are included with this option. It’s simply to reserve a space for movie watching, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the Mercantile :) Up to two people allowed per space. 

TABLES FOR TWO! Small, lightly decorated cafe style tables for two with a flickering candle on each make an outdoor movie just a little fancier :) Tables are first come first serve, but please notate your names on the reservation and any food allergies, as totes are customized!

TABLE + 2 TOTES- $175: The ultimate movie watching experience! This reservation includes two canvas totes each including a lightweight black cotton & bamboo blend shawl, a cute black witch hat, dinner in the form of a gourmet charcuterie box with a bottle of sparkling water and two drink tickets, and a little gift from Salt Creek Mercantile. You will be seated at a decorated table for two! Tables are first come first serve, but please notate your names on the reservation and any food allergies, as totes are customized.

TABLE FOR 2 (no totes)- $75: This reservation includes a table for two to enjoy the movie! No totes or food/drinks are included with this option, but snacks or drinks are available for purchase in the Mercantile :) 

*No outside food or alcohol allowed. 
*Totes will be customized so please let us know the names in the notes section when reserving a ticket and if you have any dietary restrictions!

*CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER-In the case of a last minute cancellation of the event due to bad weather, an email will be sent out advising of the cancellation and refunds will be given as store credits. For reservations that have custom totes, the store credit will be minus the tote and its contents, and your tote will be held for you at the shop to pick up, or we can ship to you free of charge. (We will not hold the food items for you in the tote. The cost of that portion will be included in your store credit) 

*REFUNDS- Guest cancellations for a full refund cannot be given past Tuesday, October 21st at Noon. Any cancellation past this date/time will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the full ticket amount. Cancellation prior to October 21st at Noon can be refunded in full.
