Vegan Kimchi: A probiotic-rich, raw and vegan version of traditional Korean kimchi. We locally source organic, fresh harvested vegetables that are hand cut and mix with certified organic Korean red pepper to give it an authentic kimchi taste. Seaweed is used to enhance the umami flavor WITHOUT any fish sauce, seafood, sugar or MSG! Our micro-batches are traditionally fermented in stainless steel tanks so they don’t get exposed to plastic and are fermented for an extended period of time to increase the probiotic benefits for gut health. Enjoy with rice bowls, ramen noodles, eggs, soups and even on pizza!

Carrot Daikon Relish A spicy shredded carrot and daikon relish that’s inspired by the Vietnamese pickles, do chua. Our sugar-free version includes sliced jalapenos and is fermented in a vegan kimchi probiotic brine to give it heat and tang! Perfect way to level up your banh mi sliders.

Purple Cabbage Kraut is a colorful, antioxidant-rich twist on classic sauerkraut, made with purple cabbage and juniper for a dense, satisfying crunch. It is slightly less sour than our other krauts, with gentle fruity and peppery notes and a naturally vivid color from anthocyanins that makes it especially popular with kids and beautiful on the plate.
